Brunch is one of my greatest pleasures in life. I also really love hosting for friends. At my old, one-bedroom apartment, hosting for more than 2 people was quite challenging. Naturally, once I got settled in with Anthony, I invited my girls over for Sunday brunch.
I loved my Lilly Pulitzer-themed table. I used the napkins I scored during White Girl Hunger Games (aka Lilly for Target) and grabbed some cute pink paper plates and napkins from Target (I hate doing dishes) to complete the look.
In all seriousness, I pulled this off with fairly minimal effort. On the menu:
Baked Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole – assemble the night before, pop in the oven the next morning.
Bacon – made in the oven of course.
And a Whole30 compliant bacon and chive quiche made by my friend Lisa. Also consumed: biscuits with butter, honey, and jam as well as fresh fruit (pre-cut from Publix!) and plenty of mimosas.
Seriously the easiest meal to host ever!
