Buffalo Brie Bites

I’m just going to come right out & say it. These?

Are a problem.

Like.. the kind of problem where you’re watching football & next thing you know you’ve eaten like a dozen of them. That kind of problem. Plus, there’s super easy to make. Which helps. Or doesn’t. I’m not sure which one. I’ll have to get back to you on that.

So next weekend, when you’re trying to decide what kinda football food you need… I totally suggest these. Oh, & for the record, they’re awesome with beer.

Buffalo Brie Bites

Makes 30


  • 2 packages of pre-made phyllo cups (15 count)
  • 1lb. brie
  • Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 c. green onions, diced

Preheat oven to 350* & line a baking sheet with foil. Space phyllo cups evenly across the baking sheet. Cut brie into 30 small cubes. Place a hunk of brie in each cup & drizzle with buffalo sauce. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until brie has melted. Pull tray out from oven & let cool for 10 minutes. Top with green onions & serve.

    Looks awesome! I’d love to put rotisserie chicken or something on top too with maybe ranch and cheddar instead of the brie- like the classic buffalo chicken dip but in convenient cups. 😉 haha.

  2. Seeing as brie in general is a problem for me, I can see how these would fall into the highly addictive category! 🙂 How did your Seminoles do this weekend? You’ll be glad to know the Gators looked like crap. 😉
